Consumer Return

If you wish to return the product as part of a consumer return within 14 days of receiving the product, please follow the instructions below.

1. Fill out the form

2. Pack the shipment safely and put in a note with the order number

3. Send the parcel to our address : Pets Of Poland, Zorzy 19, Warsaw 04-639 (with the note "Return")

4. We will send you a refund within 14 days of receiving your shipment

Withdraw order

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 17 days without giving any reason. Enter your order number and email address to find your order.

You can find this in your order confirmation.
The email address you used when placing the order.

Notes

  • You can find the order number in the order confirmation email.
  • Use the same email address you provided when placing the order.
  • Withdrawal is only possible within 17 days of receiving the goods.
  • After a successful search, you can initiate the withdrawal directly.
